Customer Support Champion
About The Position
As a Customer Support Champion you will be responding to customer queries in a timely and professional way, via out ticketing system and chat. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use our company’s products. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and bugs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience working in computer environments.
- Close to a native speaker level of the English language
- Understanding of Sports - Advantage
- Availability for 24/7 work environment - weekends and Holidays included.
- Minimum of 4 shifts per week.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
- Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms.
- Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
