Customer Support Champion

About The Position

As a Customer Support Champion you will be responding to customer queries in a timely and professional way, via out ticketing system and chat. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use our company’s products. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and bugs.


  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience working in computer environments.
  • Close to a native speaker level of the English language
  • Understanding of Sports - Advantage
  • Availability for 24/7 work environment - weekends and Holidays included.
  • Minimum of 4 shifts per week.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
  • Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms.
  • Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
