About The Position

A growing high-tech company operating in Ashkelon is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT manager to join our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage company’s IT team maintain, develop, and implement services, applications, platforms and infrastructure in the areas of System, Network, Unified Communication, Security Operations, and Monitoring
  • Definition, Scoping, Creation and execution of IT and Data Security strategies enhancing the reliability, availability and security of the IT systems, projects and underlying data at company level.
  • Oversee and manage the IT vendors, and third-party service / solutions providers.
  • Create a yearly IT strategic plan based on the company strategy and execute upon it
  • Plan the yearly IT budget and manage it.
  • Oversee IT projects from the design phase till go live
  • Work on constantly improving the services & support provided to the company
  • Maintain a high level of service with minimal downtime
  • Pursue continuous improvement, efficiency and cost saving

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience managing global IT team in a global tech company
  • Deep Hands-on knowledge and experience with IT systems (Storage, Network, Communication, VM servers, Firewall, Cyber security, Backup, Helpdesk, computers, Windows OS, M365, Azure & AWS)
  • Experience with the various OS, virtualization platforms, telephony, and backup solutions
  • Experience & Solid Understanding of web & network access technologies
  • Experience and solid Understanding of disaster recovery solutions
  • Experience & Solid Understanding of O365 suite
  • Experience with unified communication platforms like PBXs, Teams, IM, VC, etc.
  • Experience & Solid understanding of cloud architecture, platforms, and tools
  • Experience designing and/or troubleshooting network problems and providing superior customer service
  • Creative mindset, problem solver, service oriented, business view, Deep thinking analytical mind with the ability to quickly get to the root cause of issues
  • Experience in financial forecasting and budget allocation and management
  • Successful track record of effective coordination, prioritization, collaboration, organization and project delivery
  • High level verbal and written English skills
  • Initiator, independent, charismatic, well organized, ability to learn quickly.
