What You’ll Do:

As a Hybrid SDR on the Enterprise & Mid-Market team, you’ll be responsible for creating and qualifying high-value sales opportunities that drive strategic growth. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to engage senior decision-makers, refine our go-to-market strategy, and ensure every opportunity is high-quality and well-aligned with our ideal customer profile.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively research and identify potential enterprise and mid-market accounts that align with LSports’ solutions.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and partner channels to determine fit and readiness.
  • Develop multi-touch, personalized outreach sequences using email, LinkedIn, phone, and video to engage decision-makers.
  • Partner with AEs to build tailored account strategies and ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and articulate the unique value of LSports’ products to different stakeholder levels.
  • Track and manage all prospecting activities, lead progress, and communication in the CRM.
  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership on campaign performance and market insights.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday (no Sundays), in a hybrid work model.
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales professional targeting enterprise or mid-market clients in a B2B SaaS, data, or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to research and engage complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in tailoring messaging to executive audiences (C-level, Heads of Trading, Product, or Operations).
  • Experience qualifying and managing inbound leads while also running strategic outbound campaigns.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills — able to uncover needs and position value clearly.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with using CRM and engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and organized — able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about sports, innovation, and building meaningful business relationships.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience with sales intelligence and intent platforms (ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Understanding of the sports betting, gaming, or sports data industries.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets for complex or high-value solutions.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or multi-channel campaign coordination.
