If you're passionate about sports and technology and want to make your mark in a fast-moving industry, don't miss this chance! Step onto the field with us and help build the future of sports data. We are looking for a talented AI Business Automation Engineer.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with business departments to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Select and design suitable AI and automation technologies to optimize workflows, using tools such as n8n, Workato, Google Cloud, or other suitable platforms.
- Build, configure, test, and deploy automations and integrations between systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
- Own and maintain live workflows in production: monitor runs, troubleshoot and fix failures, resolve data quality issues, and implement error handling and alerting.
- Work closely with business users to test, validate, and roll out automation solutions; provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for each automation, monitor outcomes, and ensure tangible value is delivered (e.g., time saved, cost reduced, errors eliminated).
要求
- Proven hands-on experience implementing AI-driven business process automations in production environments, delivering measurable revenue gains and cost reductions.
- Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, AI workflow and agent builders, such as n8n, Workato, or similar.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows across modern SaaS applications, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and others.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
