We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives, innovate product enhancements, and uphold industry-leading data standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Data Integrity roadmap, ensuring alignment with LSports’ business objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Partner with Data Operations, Engineering, QA, and other Product teams to uphold integrity and reliability standards, Lead sprint planning and updates.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to inform product features.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Support on launches, onboarding, and user education.
  • Leverage AI, ML, and predictive analytics to enhance data integrity.
  • Promote best practices in product and data management.
  • Present strategies, updates, and results to leadership.
  • Clearly communicate priorities and release plans to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management experience, preferably with data-focused products.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and databases.
  • AI/ML understanding is an advantage.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams; adept at articulating complex ideas to varied audiences.
  • Ability to interpret complex data; resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ensures precision in data and product requirements.
  • Focuses on end-user satisfaction and feedback.
  • Uses KPIs and market insights for decision-making.
  • Employs creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and diplomatically.
