Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Lsports you will be in charge of planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities, as well as maintaining relationships with current customers and partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process. 
  • Create and manage a full sales funnel
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of international markets sales in the SaaS/online industry-must
  • English, mother tongue level.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales – Advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems – Advantage.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and same business day response- must
  • Proactive approach, initiative personality, and out-of-the-bix thinker- must
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated “team player” with the ability to work independently.

Software Development Team Leader

As a Software Development Team Leader your primary challenge will be to lead a team of experienced programmers developing our C# based user Data system.

The team develops LSports core systems that run on a massive scale. You will take an active part in the designing and planning systems with other great team leaders and report directly to the Head of R&D.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of development team, including hiring, coaching/mentoring and guiding team members (day-to-day, hands-on leadership)
  • Ensure application functionality and developed code complies with the company design standards, coding standards, practices and approaches.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of production awareness including testing, bug management, and post-deployment analysis.
  • Understanding the product and the customer’s needs.
  • Contributing to a long-term vision for product architecture and engineering development.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or military equivalent certifications
  • At least 5+ years experience as C# .NET developer.
  • At least 3 years leading development teams.
  • Experience building distributed multi-tiered systems that feature high throughput, low latency, and high availability.
  • In-depth knowledge with Scrum/Agile methodology
  • In-depth knowledge with code testing methodology (unit tests, integration tests, DI, Mockups)
  • Experience in Open source Technologies such as RabbitMQ/MSMQ/Kafka, Redis, Docker, etc. – advantage

QA Automation Developer

As a QA Automation you will take a major role in the product development success,

Ensure consistent quality of production by validating verification processes, providing plan documentation, and managing automation developers.

Our goal is to reach true continuous integration with zero escaped bugs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about automated testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing automated tests for both Server and Client side components.
  • Maintaining and improving existing testing infrastructure.
  • Analyzing test results and conducting test reporting.
  • End to end testing of our Client Games and Lobby and Back Office component, which includes DB, Gateway
  • Designing and developing tests.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year hands on experience developing in an O.O (Java/C#) language or relevant studies.
  • Experience with working with Selenium Web Driver.
  • Experience with working with relational databases (MySQL prefered).
  • 2 year testing experience – advantage
  • Knowledge of multi-tier web applications
  • Highly self-motivated, independent and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems with ability to think “out-of-the-box”, and develop creative solutions.

Product Manager 

As a product manager you will be responsible for the full cycle – from discovery to delivery- define the problems, ideate with R&D and design, validate, write specs, drive the product development, and analyze the data, ensuring the product meets the business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Convey the product vision and shaping the product strategy
  • Define and maintain product roadmap in coordination with the company’s executive team
  • Develop new product ideas and experimentation plans via brainstorming, market research, customer interviews, discovery processes, and competitive analysis
  • Deliver detailed design specifications as prioritized features
  • Shipping the product roadmap
  • Serve as both inbound and outbound product evangelist
  • Commit to results, and report on progress. Present to the company executive management on a quarterly basis.

Requirements 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in B2B products
  • Experience in outbound product activities of directly engaging with customers
  • Strong analytical skills along with technical understanding, developing hypotheses, and understanding the results
  • Strong execution of qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Solid intuition about UX and product design

As a Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our new and potential customers, Understanding their needs and mediating between the customer’s needs and our developers to ease the process of integration.

You will be guiding them for every step of their way to be fully integrated with our product.

Experience:

  • 2+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers (advantage).
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
