Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the respective sales team pipeline and data in Salesforce. Provide Salesforce maintenance and “Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance.
- Ensuring adherence to processes and commercial guidelines.
- Deal Desk management - Proposals and contracts preparation and submission.
- Support weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the respective sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends.
- Manage and prioritize ongoing Sales Operations requests.
- Tech stack support - Salesforce, Outreach, Intercom and other business applications.
- Execute data hygiene tasks and pipeline management.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Sales Operations or similar role – preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with SFDC, with a deep understanding of Salesforce principles- must.
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and high prioritization capabilities.
- Someone who is a self-starter and is willing to take ownership on problems and see them through to completion.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
- Excellent English skills (Verbal and Written)
