We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales – EMEA to lead, grow, and inspire our regional sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing EMEA sales team (SDRs and Sales Managers).
- Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Own the full sales funnel from outbound prospecting to deal closure, ensuring effective collaboration between SDRs and AEs.
- Coach and develop team members with hands-on training, performance reviews, and continuous support.
- Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferable).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts.
- Represent LSports at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
- Provide ongoing market feedback to internal stakeholders, influencing product direction and innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams of 8 or more in a tech or SaaS company.
- Proven track record in selling to enterprise-level customers, with a deep understanding of complex deal cycles and stakeholder management.
- Strong track record of building and leading outbound and full-cycle sales teams.
- Native-level English fluency—both verbal and written. Other European languages are a plus.
- Sports enthusiast: genuine interest in sports is a must—our clients and our culture revolve around it.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Highly proactive, high availability, and ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA for client meetings and team gatherings as needed.
Advantage:
- Experience selling to or working within the sports, betting, or media tech industry.
- Proficiency with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
- Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
