  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement the company's product strategy, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Customer Insights: Use data-driven insights to understand customer needs and behaviors, and translate them into product features and requirements.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Product Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  •  Product Analytics: Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development decisions.
  • Leadership and Management: Build and manage a high-performing product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help team members grow and develop in their roles.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to inform product strategy and development.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that can help accelerate product development and drive revenue growth.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management (5+ years as product leader managing a team), with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer products preferred.
