LSports has 15 active sites and plans to establish another 5 sites in the coming year. Ensure the success of our websites, A growing high-tech company operating in Ashkelon is looking for a highly motivated SEO Manager. LSports is looking to hire a talented and highly skilled SEO Manager (Sports Data - B2B Marketing) with a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience. Committed to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest SEO techniques. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Keyword Research: Conducting keyword research (in a variety of languages) to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to the business's industry, products, and target audience. 
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimizing website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy, to improve search engine rankings and user experience. 
  • Technical SEO: Ensuring the website is technically optimized for search engines, including optimizing site speed, fixing crawl errors, implementing schema markup, and improving site architecture. 
  • Content Strategy: Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, including creating high-quality, keyword-optimized content that attracts and engages the target audience. 
  • Link Building: Building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites to improve the website's authority and search engine rankings. 
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Competitor Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the search landscape, and adjusting SEO strategies accordingly. 
  • Stay Updated: Staying updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure the website remains optimized and competitive. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams, such as content creators, web developers, and PPC teams, to implement SEO best practices and achieve business objectives. 
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement, to stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Optimization Testing: Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize various elements of the website for better search engine performance and user engagement. 

 


 

Requirements

Requirements:  

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, Experience in progressively responsible roles, with demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and organic traffic, is highly valued. 
  • SEO experience in multi-language websites 
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console - Ability to analyze data, draw insights from analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO strategies and campaigns 
  • Previous knowledge of keyword planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio 
  • Understanding of web analytics and tracking implementation 
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies that align with SEO goals, including creating high-quality, keyword-optimized content. 
  • Understanding of link-building strategies and tactics to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate SEO strategies, recommendations, and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative SEO strategies and solutions to achieve business objectives 
  • Familiarity with WordPress 
  • Excellent Excel skills
