Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of system architects in the assessment of the current systems architecture and the development of solutions to improve it. 
• Oversee the resolution of technical problems as they arise. 
• Mentor and provide guidance to development teams, ensuring the quality of their work and the alignment with the overall architecture. 
• Continually research current and emerging technologies and make recommendations for changes where needed. 
• Lead the writing of technical design documents, including high-level designs and architecture documents. 
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including detailed design and code reviews. 
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the solutions. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software development and architecture. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements, especially for clients abroad. 
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments and clients.
