As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be:

  • Responding by text to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use our company's products.
  • Acting as the technical focal point for customer-facing teams.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance for key positions within customers' organizations.
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and bugs.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience working in advanced computing environments.
  • Close to native English proficiency.
  • Availability for a 24/7 work environment - weekends and Holidays included.
  • Minimum of 4 shifts per week.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of Sports - Advantage
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a "can do" attitude.
  • Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms.
  • Comfort in a startup environment, we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
